Refined Dining Room

Project Overview:

A soft, low pile abstract rug of muted greys, navys and blues sets the stage in the updated dining room. Bold navy, gold and grey dancing leaves wallpaper is the focal point of the whole space. A transitional, striking trestle table in rich honey pecan is flanked by eight comfortable upholstered chairs in a soft bisque fabric with contrasting geometric fabric on the backs of each captains chairs. The ample, dark navy serving buffet with gold hardware is the only other furniture needed in the room. Windows are dressed in light almond suede panels with navy vertical banding. Crystal finials on the hardware add some elegance. Lighting the room is the sleek, hand forged metal chandelier in a vintage platinum finish and a layered capiz shell tile lamp accented with crystal details. Iron wall art featuring layers of metal strips with crude edging, finished in an antique gold leaf and set on a distressed silver leaf iron backing adorns the wall.
