Gentleman’s Main Bathroom

Location: Louisville, KY (Highlands)

Project Overview:

This bathroom was designed specifically for the father of the household, with a focus on function, comfort, and a subtle masculine edge. We kept the palette neutral and grounded, using darker mosaic tile in the shower to create contrast and texture. The arched entry adds architectural interest while maintaining a soft, classic feel. Built-in shelving and a shower bench make the space practical for daily use. A natural Roman shade brings in filtered light and warmth, while the patterned floor tile adds personality without overwhelming the room. The goal was a space that feels timeless, low-maintenance, and tailored to his everyday routine.
