Project Overview:

One of the first rooms you see when entering the 1st floor of this home is this elegant white and soft blue living room. Accents of blues and golds adorn the contemporary art canvases as well as the drapery panels. The family and dining room gets updated after a renovated kitchen, presenting a family friendly leather in the sofa and performance fabric swivel chairs and ottoman, making this a durable and handsome place to relax. Windows and patio doors are addressed with sleek roller shades in a grey material. The dated and dark stone fireplace got a “whitewash” treatment to update and further lighten the space! A large contemporary canvas above the sofa show the home and homeowner’s true aesthetic.
